Please feast your eyes upon the oh so scrumptious makings of Chef Aaron Dillon of Dillon's Catering. Let me start by apologizing for hitting y'all in the face with food this tasty looking this early in the morning. It had to be done though. Chef Dillon has magic in his pots and pans. He has to because I've never tasted food so good in my life! I'm not even exaggerating because he's a friend of mine (that I recently shot here). This was the spread he laid out when a shopping event was recently thrown at his house. Bruschetta, wings, cheesecake parfait, fruit tray, egg rolls, and the best daiquiri smoothie things I was longing to put alcohol in. There were next to no leftovers. We devoured it all. Then, as if he didn't blow my mind enough that day, I was recently invited over to discuss some business with his lovely wife and he put it on me in the form of the best shrimp I have ever eaten IN MY LIFE. I'm a southern girl. I have eaten shrimp and grits all over the south and his are the best, hands down, no comparison. Aaron you rock.
