While doing my usual blog browsing I came across this post that Liz did about the 12 things that she has learned so far this year. I decided to partake!
01 • Subtle red hair is kind of my thing.
02 • I am surrounded by people who love and believe in me. I've weeded out who isn't neccesary and I literally coudln't be happier than I am right now, in this very moment.
03 • I have a thing for a short, naked man (Hey Cupid!). He's kind of awesome.
04 • You can't always depend on everyone. Sometimes things happen which force you to see strength in other areas, whether that be in someone new or yourself.
05 • There is no limit to what God can do.
6 • I feel more like myself when my hair is curly than when it is straight. I used to have to have it straight to feel confident. But now... Take that society!
07 • Friends that pray together, stay together. And most importantly, succeed together. I am so excited by all the things that are unfolding in mine and my loved one's lives.
08 • Apartment/ House hunting is quite exciting.
09 • Sometimes all a girl needs is a shopping day with mom and a few phone calls with family to feel completely renewed.
10 • Being able to say "Lord I Trust You" and believe it 100% has been one of the most life changing occurances guiding me further into my walk with Christ so far.
11 • I want to be a Proverbs 31: 10-31 woman.
12 • Choosing to find something great in every horrible situation is key to maintaining happiness... and sanity.
